The Bulls go to the Interlink Express Stadium looking to seal their first points at the venue. On both previous Conference trips to Accrington the Bulls have left empty handed, a 2-1 defeat last season following a 2-0 reverse the year before. Paul Mullin scored three of the four Accrington goals, with the only Bulls goal coming from current Accrington player David Brown.
Hereford will be looking to do something they haven't done in nine games - score twice. Adam Stansfield and Stacy Coldicott will again be missing, but mystery surrounds whether Guy Ipoua will appear or not. An interview with Graham Turner that appeared on the official HUFC website suggested that the striker was training apart from the rest of the squad with Turner seemingly unhappy with the striker's decision to pull himself out of the Halifax game so early. On loan Matt Bailey picked up a slight knock on Saturday but should be fit, and Monday's reserve match against Cardiff will help Simon Travis' return to challenge for a first team place. There may be a change in the central defensive partnership, with Darren Blewitt struggling with injury after being substituted on Saturday.
Team Last Match: Brown, Green, Mkandawire, Blewitt, Jeannin, Brady, Stanley, Ferrell, Purdie, Bailey, Carey-Bertram
Accrington took five wins out of six games in September - the only reverse being a defeat at Morecambe after playing virtually the entire game with 10 men after Chris Butler's dismissal. On loan keeper Darren Randolph has had his loan extended, but Stanley will be short at the back for Friday's game. Butler has served his one match ban but Robbie Williams has accumulated five yellow cards and will miss the game, while captain Peter Cavanagh picked up an ankle injury in Saturday's draw with Gravesend. Ex-Bull Andy Tretton is yet to make his debut for the Club through injury.
Team Last Match: Randolph, Cavanagh, Williams, Flynn, Richardson, Jagielka, Craney, Barry, Roberts, Mullin, David Brown
