The Bognor Regis manager, Jack Pearce, has commented that the Rocks are "really looking to what looks to be one of the prime fixtures in the competition" when the Bulls visit on Saturday.
"Hereford have a great tradition as cup-fighters," Pearce told the Bognor Website.
"They have the structure, support and set-up to get back into the Football League quickly, and their direct and uncompromising style of football means that we must to ready for a real battle. Only 110% effort from every member of the team will do.
"We can play some really superb football, and this Saturday against the Bulls is definitely the time to show it".
Both teams will be battling to get into the 2nd Round proper and with a large financial incentive of £4,000 on offer to the winners, there will be a lot to play for.
In the event of a replay being needed, this has been arranged at Hereford for Tuesday 10 January 2006.
The second round of the Trophy is due to take place on the following Saturday, January 14th.
