Exeter confirm increased admission for Bulls game

After discussions with the police, Exeter City have confirmed that adult Hereford United supporters will pay an extra pound to see the game between the two clubs on December 30th.

Part of their statement, which also refers to the Aldershot game on Boxing Day, says:

There is still the unfortunate risk that a minority, who are not considered to be football supporters by either club, may attempt disorder. The club's first responsibility is to its fans and their safety. For that reason there will be police present at this game and the following fixture against Hereford Utd scheduled for Friday 30th December at 7.45pm.

The financial agreement reached between the Police and club is much reduced from the initial figures quoted but is none the less a significant sum and there is regrettably the need to increase admission prices by £1 for full paying adults only at both of these fixtures.
