Last Home Game before New Year

This evening's LDV game is the last chance to see Hereford United in action at Edgar Street this year. The next home game isn't until January 2nd against Forest Green.

After last Saturday's seven goal feast against Bognor Regis, supporters will be hoping that the Bulls will go into the game with plenty of confidence.

Scunthorpe are the visitors and the prices to see the game have been reduced.

Seating: Adults £10 OAP's and Juniors £5
Standing: Adults £6 OAP's and Juniors £3

The forecast for this evening is that it will not be as cold as the last few evenings have been. Temperatures are expected to be around 5C.

And to add to the atmosphere, a certain Mr Woolmer is listed to referee the game.

Meanwhile according to the Official Scunthorpe Website, Irons striker Steve Torpey beleives that victory for his side this evening will help restore confidence at Glanford Park.

Torpey was a late substitute last Friday when the Irons defeated Nottingham Forest.

"It was a good win against Nottingham Forest and it is nice to be back. It has been 16 long weeks.

"We have had two wins on the spin now and will be going to Hereford to get another and boost confidence even more."
