Canvey's departure from the Conference has been rubber-stamped by the Conference, confirming Tamworth's retention of their status.
However, the Conference have now turned their attentions to Scarboro, who satisfied league rules by exiting Adminstration last week but the Conference now want assurances over their future finances and their proposed move to a new ground. The club, who by their own admission were losing money spending £30,000 a month on wages by the end of the campaign, have until the end of the month to assure Conference bosses that they have the necessary funding and plans in place to continue as a Conference club.
