Morecambe have accepted a second transfer request from midfielder David Perkins.
Graham Turner is a known admirer of the England semi-pro's abilities and may be interested in the diminutive midfielder. The 24 year old has played over 150 times for Morecambe, scoring once, since breaking through the youth ranks and has captained the England side.
His last competitive games for Morecambe were against the Bulls in the play-offs. He was a substitute in both matches, but transformed a jaded Morecambe side when he came on in the second leg.
