League Two Results Round-Up

Swindon made it seven out of eight with a 2-1 win over MK Dons. The Robins needed two penalties to settle the matter, and gave a debut to former England midfielder Paul Ince.

Lincoln beat Macclesfield 2-1 to be second tonight, with all the goals coming in the first half. Walsall are fourth after a 5-0 win over Peterboro. The referee, former Conference play-off ref Singh who reffed the Shots-Bulls away leg in 2004, sent off three people late on.

Darlington are sixth after a penalty gave them the only goal of the game against Saturday's opponents Bury. Notts County are seventh after a 0-0 draw with Chester in front of just 1,800 at the Deva Stadium.

Barnet drew 3-3 with Boston, whose loan attempt for Chester's Stephen Vaughan Jnr was refused by the player. Magno Silva Viera scored twice for the Bees, with Guiliano Grazioli scoring the third late, late, equaliser. Mansfield lost 2-0 at Hartlepool, with Joel Porter scoring twice.

Rochdale opened their win account for the season with a 1-0 scoreline over Grimsby. Lanky goal hanger Morike Sako scoring the winner. Shrewsbury beat Stockport 3-0 with Andy Cooke scoring a hat-trick.

Todays results leave the Bulls in 12th place. There are two games tomorrow, Accrington vs Wrexham and Torquay vs Bristol Rovers. The Bulls can only slip a place if Rovers win by three goals or more.
