Paul Ince is set to make his first move as Macclesfield manager with a loan move for Chester's out of favour Drewe Broughton. The move will also allow Chester to bring in another player.

Wrexham have signed Middlesboro youngster Tom Craddock on loan. The 20 year old striker made his Premiership debut at the end of last season but has failed to make an impression this term. He replaces John McAliskey, who has returned to Huddersfield after his loan spell.

The Football League have extended their matchball deal with Mitre until 2011. The 25 year old partnership had been due to expire at the end of the season and the FL press release promises a number of "innovative initiatives" starting next season.

Lincoln have ended the loan spell of Notts Forest defender Nicky Eaden after two months. The veteran defender played 10 times for the Imps, but fans were critical of his performances and Notts Forest are negotiating a release for the player.
