Grimsby striker Isaiah Rankin is set to face the Bulls on Sunday after completing 30 minutes of a practice match on Tuesday.
The former Arsenal trainee, who once cost Bradford £1.3m, has missed the last three games with a thigh strain with manager Graham Rodger telling the official Grimsby site: "Ranks is progressing nicely and he has done some work with us today. We thought he might have progressed a little bit more than he has but we think he should be there or thereabouts on Sunday."
Rankin has scored once in ten starts after a summer move from Brentford.
