The Hereford United manager has told BBC Hereford and Worcester that there should be a cracking atmosphere at the Gay Meadow on Saturday.
Graham Turner also thinks that the vocal support of his supporters will be important to his team.
"We will be taking somewhere in the order of 1,500 there," said Turner.
"It's a big cup-tie for us. Big game.
"We've got our problems with personnel in the team, with injuries and loan players but it's an opportunity to other players to come in and prove a point."
Meanwhile Stoke manager Tony Pullin has spoken about the extended loan of John Eustace to Hereford United.
"John needs the loan for fitness really.
"I think it is for the best of the football club that he stays for another four weeks."
