Fleetwood - I'm training hard

Stuart Fleetwood started for Hereford United last night after four weeks out with a virus.

He was subbed mid-way through the second half as he didn't appear to be quite match fit.

After, he told BBC Hereford and Worcester:

"I'm training hard. I'm back on the weights trying to put the weight back on.

"When I go out there I want to try as hard as I can for as long as I can, until my legs run out.

"The gaffer wanted four points from these two games and we've got one point now so the target is to beat Torquay on Saturday."
