The Bulls beat Barnet 2-0 in today's League Two clash at Edgar Street thanks to goals at the start and finish of the second half.
After a largely forgettable first half the Bulls brought the bite of Andy Ferrell into midfield to replace Steve Jennings, who had been struggling for fitness all week, and his presence seemed to bring more composure to the side. A deflected strike by Ben Smith and a debut goal for Danny Thomas was the difference but the Bulls battered the Barnet goal at times and the woodwork was struck three times.
Full report later.
The win gives the Bulls 44 points to put them in 11th place, but they are still ten points off the final play-off spot.
