Grimsby are set to name former manager Graham Rodger as their new Football In The Community officer. Rodger, who was sacked as manager three months ago, previously filled the role before his short mangerial stint. MK Dons have loaned defender Sam Page to Cambridge United for a month.
Darlington have released defender Joey Hutchinson. The injury ravaged defender had been on a week to week deal after his three month contract expired in December. The club have signed Ipswich defender Ian Miller on a months loan. Miller has just completed a similar spell at Boston. Torquay could be set for another buy-out with Falmouth chairman Steve Massey, a long time Gulls supporter, eyeing up the struggling club.
Bury have lost the services of loan striker Matthew Blinkhorn after he was recalled by Blackpool, but the club have signed Barnsley midfielder Nicky Wroe on loan. Grimsby will lay on free travel for their supporters to the vital relegation clash at Mansfield on Feb 17th. The Mariners have 1,000 tickets for the all-ticket match.
Ex-Bull Gavin Williams is to have a series of injections in an attempt to cure a pelvic injury. The midfielder has played just half of Ipswich's games because of injury after making a permanent move to Portman Road 12 months ago.
