Struggle to win home games says Chester's Artell

Chester defender Dave Artell is hoping his sides' useful away form can be translated into home form for Saturday's game with Hereford United.

"Our home form has been terrible when you compare it to our results away from home," Artell told the Evening Leader.

"I don't think there would be a problem if we were to play Walsall or Hartlepool away, but it seems to be a struggle to win games at home.

Artell feels that both Chester and Hereford could make the play-offs.

"I think Hereford are similar to us at the moment.

"I still remember striker Stuart Fleetwood tearing us apart during a 20-minute spell in the match at their place earlier in the season.

"I know he isn't at Hereford at the moment, but they do have Steve Guinan and Alan Connell who are good players."
