Graham Turner has written to the Football League to complain about the cirumstances surrounding the postponement of Saturday's match with Chester.
Turner told BBC Hereford and Worcester: "I can't see why common sense didn't prevail, and why it wasn't called off at nine o'clock. The snow was coming down, the rain had started and the pitch had surface water on it."
The complaint appears to be directed at the referee, Lee Probert, rather than Chester City after Mr. Probert conducted two pitch inspections on Saturday morning, pushing kick-off back an hour after the first, before finally calling off the game.
