Bristol Rovers have signed Cardiff defender Joe Jacobsen on loan until the end of the season. The Pirates have three defenders injured, including Ryan Green, and have signed Jacobsen after he impressed during a months loan at Accrington earlier in the season.

Chester have acknowledged interest from Boston for defender Ashley Westwood. The Pilgrims want the player in on loan to bolster their tiny squad, and the player is believed to be unhappy at Chester after arriving in the summer. Notts County have been landed with a £4,000 bill after Lincoln fans damaged over 100 seats during their recent league match. The game also saw a £5,000 police bill for the travelling 2,500 supporters.

Altrincham have announced a £9,000 profit for last season. The part-timers, who only stayed in the Conference due to Scarboro's demotion, have the smallest budget in the division.
