Only four shots on target by Bulls

In what can only be described as a disappointing performance, Hereford United managed just four shots on target in this afternoon's game against Grimsby.

Whilst possession was said to be 50% for each side, the shots on target stat must be worrying for a side that two weeks ago looked as though they could make the play-offs.

In their last four home games the Bulls have only scored two goals, those were both against Barnet three weeks ago. Just five points have been gained from a possible twelve.

It is the home form that has let the Bulls down and probably had an effect on the numbers through the turnstiles.

Meanwhile Rob Purdie was given an eight for his efforts today with Brown, Thomas and Smith each receiving a seven.

Finally Bulls News are unable to post pictures of today's game at Edgar Street. We have been told by the Football League that a 'single club end user agreement' is required by this website before 'action' pictures can be posted.

We have applied to Hereford United for a licence and await their reply.
