Chester Make Price Cuts

Chester City will cut admission charges by £1 next season, and have announced a phenomenal deal for season tickets.

Early bird season ticket purchasers will not only get their tickets around £30 cheaper, and £20-£30 lower than the Bulls' prices, but will also be given free admission to any first or second round home matches in the FA Cup, Carling Cup and Johnstones Paint Trophy.

The deal could amount to up to 12 free games, and Child tickets are also on offer from just £68. Chester are the first club to announce a drop in matchday admission for next season, although several clubs are believed to be considering it. Their gates have slumped in recent weeks, and figures show that around 900 fans have deserted the team since the first half of the season.
