Darlington have signed three more players for the coming season. In come former loan defenders Scott Wiseman from Hull, John Brackstone from Hartlepool, and winger Kevin McBride.

The man behind the proposed takeover of Boston has been revealed as Leeds-based property developer Simon Morris. Morris, who has been named by the Lincolnshire Echo has the head of Standing Alone, is currently one of the bidders for Leeds United. Meanwhile, a proposed meeting between Standing Alone and senior players was postponed.

The sale of Torquay has now been completed. The consortium led by local businessman Cris Boyce is expected to make a statement tomorrow about the managerial roles at the club. Peterboro have signed Spurs defender Charlie Lee to a three year deal. The reserve team captain was released last month.

Barnet have transfer listed defender Simon King after he rejected a new contract, with chairman Tony Kleanthous telling the press that the player had been made a substantial offer to stay beyond the current contract that expires at the end of the season.

Shrewsbury have announced Greenhous as their new shirt sponsors. The company, which used to operate the Vauxhall dealership near to Edgar Street, has signed a two year deal for a 'significant sum'.
