A couple of updates from last evening's friendly at Pegasus.
Our report mentioned a trialist called John Curtis. His correct name is beleived to be Curtis McDonald, who is from Cardiff City.
Last week Bulls News reported that he was on trial at Edgar Street. A 19 year old midfielder, McDonald made one appearance from the substitutes bench for Cardiff at the end of 2005-06. He also had a short loan spell at Accrington Stanley last season but failed to make an appearence.
The attendance was close to 500 according to Pegasus. Former Bull Andy Ferrell was one of those watching the game.
Finally before the Wednesday evening friendly against Pegasus, the long-time Bulls fan who had made the trip from Barnet was presented with a copy of the Bulls News backed book Onwards and Upwards. He is seen here suitably seated in an armchair and surrounded by a gathering of regular forum posters at the Rose Gardens pub before the game. Regrettably, the warm weather prevented those in attendance from wearing fleeces.
Our picture shows Ex-Landlord from Bulls News presenting the book to the said supporter Parkabull.
Others in the picture from left to right: Lord Lucan, Hampton Bull, Len Weston's Last Stand, Algerian Bull, Rodders, Parka Senior.
