Rushden have reportedly ditched Lindley Catering, the same company responsible for the catering at Edgar Street.
The Stoke based catering firm, responsible for catering contracts at over 40 sports stadia across the UK, had at least one year left on their Nene Park contract but supporter complaints forced the club to act over quality and cost issues.
The company was responsible for not only the catering at the ground, but also the club bar and associated functions. New caterers have been installed, keeping largely the same workforce.
The Bulls wrote an open letter to Lindley in February over quality and stock issues, problems that were blamed on third party suppliers by Lindley, while Herefordshire Council confiscated out of date stock from the company last December. However, supporter complaints over the catering have continued with the contract with Lindleys believed to last another two years.
