The Bulls entertain perennial League Two features Rochdale in Saturday's League Two match.
Dale have been a permanent fixture in League Two since the summer of 1974, and have had a couple of close shaves at both ends of the table to break the longest running streak in one division outside the top flight. Last season, honours were shared between the sides with a pair of draws. A 1-1 draw at Spotland with a pair of late, late penalties was followed by a 0-0 stalemate at Edgar Street.
The Bulls hold a 14-10 adavantage on the overall record of wins, with 18 draws. Dale have not won for nine matches since a 2-0 win at Spotland in September 1993, and eight trips to Edgar Street since 1989.
Rochdale are the only side in the table to not register a point so far after being demolished on the opening day by Peterboro, followed by a last minute loss to Chester. They did, however, beat Stoke on penalties in the Carling Cup.
Bulls vs Rochdale, Saturday, August 25th, Edgar Street, 3pm.
