Crewe are chasing Tranmere's beanpole striker Calvin Zola, but face competition from a Turkish second division side.

Former Bulls loanee Chukki Eribenne has been released by Ebbsfleet. He scored ten times time season but started only 19 league game due to injury. The released Coventry defender spent April on loan at Chesterfield.

Northwich don't appear to be learning any lessons. Just weeks after finally clearing their debts they have confirmed plans to go full time on gates of just 800, and tried to outbid Chester for striker Paul Taylor. Northampton have resigned striker Adebayo Akinfenwa on a new one year deal after interest from several other League One sides.
