Commenting to BBC Hereford and Worcester on the new deal for young mid-fielder Jack MacLeod, Graham Turner said he was one for the future.
"He's nice and neat on the ball and has got a bit of pace, he crosses a very good ball so I think he's worth persevering with and letting him have another year and see how he developes," said the Hereford United manager.
"He's got to get a bit stronger, but we've had one or two like that in the past who eventually came through."
There is no news on any other deals as yet.
"We are looking at every position but there's nothing concrete at the moment," Turner told the Worcester News.
