He is memorable to Bulls fans for his performances against us for Alfreton in two FA Cup matches in 2005, and spent most of last season keeping ex-Bull Craig Mawson out of Halifax's starting XI. Leeds are chasing Andy Cole. The former Man Utd striker is looking for a new club after leaving Sunderland.
Stockport are expected to sign Mansfield's free agent Player of the Year Johnny Mullins. The former Kidderminster defender will cost a fee as he is under 24. Setanta are to increase fees payable to Conference clubs for live TV games. While the away side will still only get £2,000, home teams will get the original £5,000 for the first home game broadcast but £13,000 for each subsequent game.
Southend have rejected a £25,000 bid from Cambridge for striker Charlie MacDonald, with Cambridge saying they have accepted a higher bid from a League Two side.
