Superman Signs For Bury

In a surprise move, Bulls keeper Wayne Brown has agreed terms with Bury.

Announced on Bury's official site, Brown signs a two year deal at Gigg Lane after rejecting terms at Edgar Street and other League Two sides. Brown, now 31, played 132 times for the Bulls after initially joining on a season long loan from Chester.

He will officially sign for Bury when his Edgar Street contract expires on July 1st. The Bury site expects to have an interview with Wayne Brown later today, with rumours circulating that he was only offered a one year deal to stay with the Bulls.

Meanwhile, the Bulls have announced a second new friendly today with a Birmingham City XI visiting on July 19th, filling the first of a number of blank Saturdays in the pre-season calendar. The Bulls are due to visit Birmingham for a behind closed doors game nine days earlier.
