Kiddy To Play Game Of Two Halves

Kidderminster will use tonight's friendly with the Bulls to field two sides, with a string of trialists on view for both sides.

Manager Mark Yeates told the Express and Star: "This is our first pre-season run out, although we managed to have a game amongst ourselves on the pitch on Saturday.

"I plan to field a team in each half using the trial players we have. I want all of the players to get at least a half under their belt. For the trial players, this is their best chance to display to me what they can do and put themselves in the shop window. Some of them will get another chance against Plymouth, but for one or two of them we will make a decision on whether we will offer terms after the game."

Kiddy have only 12 signed players with the paper naming five trialists although more are expected to be on show.

The Bulls are expected to give further run outs to a number of the trialists seen at Ledbury last week, with Darren Randolph expected to see some action for the first time in a Bulls shirt. The second keeper role is shrouded in mystery at present with Nick Jordan's status at the club in question according to the forums, while rumours have circulated over the weekend that the Bulls are on the verge of signing Liverpool midfielder Damien Plessis, a French under 19 international, on a season long loan deal.

More information on transfer dealings is expected to come from tomorrow's VP Club AGM, where Graham Turner is expected to speak.
