Carlisle have retained the services of Bristol City winger Jennison Myrie-Williams for a second month. Chester have signed assistant boss Wayne Allison to a playing contract. The much travelled striker, who turns 40 tomorrow, has been dragged back into action after forward Paul Taylor received a final warning after failing to turn up for last weekend's match.
