The asking price for Woking is £8million, according to a local consortium that made an offer of half that. They have accused owner Chris Ingram, who claims to have ploughed £4million into the club, of not wanting to sell. Stockport are to loan central defender Gareth Owen to Yeovil for a month after the Glovers gazumped Port Vale at the last minute.

Wrexham have confirmed they have made an ambitious bid for former Premier League winger Kiki Musampa. Dean Saunders, who took his management qualifications alongside Steve Guinan, hopes to take the free agent Dutchman on a short term deal as he looks to return to League football after a spell in South Korea.
