Results Round Up

With Leicester playing on Monday, live on Sky, MK Dons fluffed their chance to close the gap by losing 3-2 at Carlisle. Millwall capitalised on Oldham's loss by going third in beating Tranmere 1-0, and Peterboro move fourth after the same result against Walsall. Stockport beat Southend 3-1 to stay in touch with the play-offs.

Down the bottom, Cheltenham slipped below the Bulls on goal difference after losing 3-1 at Colchester. Crewe beat Scunthorpe 3-2 but remain bottom and four points short of safety. Leyton Orient lead Bristol Rovers but lost 2-1 to remain in trouble, while Brighton's 2-0 home loss to Leeds means it is now only one win in nine. Swindon lost 2-1 to Huddersfield to stay 18th, with the bottom seven now becoming adrift from the rest of the field.

In League Two leaders Wycombe lost 1-0 at home to Grimsby, second placed Brentford drew 1-1 with Notts County, and Darlington are up to third after hammering Luton 5-1. Shrewsbury drew 1-1 at Port Vale, with both sides reduced to ten men, and Chester lost 3-1 at home to Chesterfield.

In the Conference leaders Burton beat the Bulls record for consecutive victories with a single goal victory at Grays. Second placed Histon beat Northwich 2-1 in a game played at Altrincham due to their stadium troubles. Kidderminster stay in the play-offs despite losing 2-0 at home to Weymouth, while Forest Green lost 2-1 at home to Eastbourne.
