Glovers Beat Cobblers

Yeovil beat Northampton 1-0 in the relevant League One match tonight.

The result pushes the Glovers up to 16th on 45 points, and puts the Cobblers into the relegation zone on 42 points. Crewe, Carlisle, and Hartlepool are directly above on 43 points.

In the other two matches Huddersfield beat Bristol Rovers 2-1, and Colchester won 1-0 at Millwall. The two victorious sides move up into the top half of the table, but are both 10 points adrift of the play-offs.

In League Two Luton's unlikely survival became a little more unlikely after a 4-2 home loss to Rotherham, leaving them eleven points short with only eighteen left on the table, while Exeter cemented a play-off spot with a 1-0 win over Port Vale in a match that saw ex-Bull Stuart Fleetwood partner Adam Stansfield from the start - their first start together since the Bulls won a match at Canvey Island in the Conference.
