News Round Up

Brighton defender Jimmy McNulty has had a kidney removed after damaging it during a recent match. The recent signing from Stockport will not be fit for the start of next season, but is hoped that it will not end his career. Crewe have extended their sponsorship deal with shirt sponsors Mornflake Oats for another two years. They have also signed Leeds full back Alan Sheehan on a months loan.

Cheltenham have signed Bristol City midfielder Frankie Artus on loan. The 20 year old has only one sub appearance in the Football League to his name, but has some Conference matches from a couple of loan spells at Kettering and Exeter. Hartlepool have had loan striker Liam Henderson recalled by parent club Watford.

No Bulls in the Team of the Week. Swindon striker Simon Cox was nominated for his two goals on Saturday, with Northampton getting two nominated. Ex-Bulls Michael McIndoe and John McCombe were named in the Championship and League Two sides respectively.
