Ebbsfleet's ground is up for sale. The landlords want around £400,000 for it, and surrounding land, with the club paying £5,400 a year in rent for their part of the 5.5 acre site. 24 clubs have applied for a 'domestic club licence' which is required for the new Super 12 Welsh Premier next season. Only one of the 18 current sides has not applied, with Welshpool's ground not deemed to be suitable.
