News Round Up

Bournemouth have been refused permission to extend the loan of West Ham youngster Anthony Edgar by the Football League. He was allowed to arrive for a month due to an injury crisis, but it has now eased leading the FL to block an extension. Northampton are giving trials to former Leicester full back Peter Gilbert and Portugese winger Andre Costa.

Lincoln are set to sign Peterboro winger Sergio Torres for the rest of the season after sucessfully negotiating financial matters with The Posh. Crewe striker Anthony Elding would like a return to the Imps as well, with Brentford and Gillingham reported to be showing interest.

Weymouth have confirmed that they are to go into Administration. The are currently bottom of Conf South, six points short of safety, and are almost certain to be relegated once the ten point deduction is applied. A statement released by the club says it expects an Administrator to close the business as it is not viable as a going concern.
