Lewis Young arrived at Edgar Street from Watford yesterday and today he played his first ninety minutes for the Bulls.
"I was mightly impressed by the way the boys brought me in straight away when I came down for training yesterday," Young told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"Today they been really really helpful and nice and talked me through the game and giving me a pat on the back. That's what you need when you are making a debut.
"As I told the chairman/manager that I don't really care (where I play) as long as I'm out there playing and I can do a job for the team.
"I don't mind if I'm on the right, or left or even in goal. As long as I'm out there and beneficial to the team I'll play anywhere.
Young follows several other recent players from Watford to Hereford.
"When I was told I was to make the trip up to Edgar Street I spoke to them and they only had useful words about the place and Graham himself.
"So it's been a massive help knowing people have been here and been successful."
