News Round Up

Darlington chairman Raj Singh has come out with the usual bouncing back at the first attempt speech that most FL clubs manage when they drop to the Conference. Morecambe have had winger Simon Hackney recalled to due injuries at parent club Colchester.

Dave O'Neill says his takeover of Accrington will be completed by the end of the season. Ex-Bull Josh Gowling has been told by manager Mark Stimson to clean up his act after being sent off for the second time, and picking up his fourth ban of the season, on Tuesday night.

Stockport boss Gary Ablett has pleaded with the latest preferred bidders for the club to tell him if he has a future with the side. Rumours claim the 2015 group want Jim Gannon back as manager, with Gannon looking for side close to his North West home for family reasons. Torquay have been contacted by Histon in a bid for the Conference club to sign keeper Michael Poke on emergency loan due to injuries to their two keepers.

Rushden have handed manager Justin Edinburgh a 12 month contract extension after he took them to the play-offs in his first full season.
