Hereford United manager Graham Turner was pleased with the performance of his side today at Edgar Street.
"It was a good climax to the season for us," Turner told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"I think we can look back on it as one of slight disappointment but today I thought we showed everything we've been working at recently in training and full marks to the players, they were very disciplined and strong at the back and when we had the ball we didn't half pass it well at times.
"Some great movement, lovely to watch.
"We can look at Rotherham and think they've left their leading goalscorer out and they've got the play-offs to think about but nonetheless they are still a good side.
"They won't have wanted that to have happened to them today. It was 3, it could have been more. Most of our shots came from very good build up.
"I was pleased with the application. I was pleased with the degree of skill as well. The pitch was a bit bobbley and I thought we passed it extremely well at times and created some good chances."
