Lincoln hit the 50 point mark with a goalless draw with Macclesfield, and Crewe's season ended in 18th after a 1-0 home loss to Bradford. Torquay took 17th with a goalless draw with Notts County, who ended the season on 93 points - 10 clear of Bournemouth.
At the foot of League One Gillingham join the list of relegated clubs after they lost 3-0 to already relegated Wycombe. Tranmere escaped with a 3-0 win at Stockport, with Exeter confirming a second season in League One with a 2-1 win over Huddersfield.
