Grimsby Town have been relegated to the Conference after they lost their final match at Burton.
The 3-0 scoreline ended any hope of survival, with targets Cheltenham and Barnet both also claiming sufficient points to make the Mariners' result immaterial.
They will join Darlington in the Conference.
