With Darren Jones turning down the Bulls for Aldershot, there are now just two of last season's players in negotiations with the club.
Only Richard Rose and Gavin McCallum remain from last term's group to determine their Edgar Street futures. Of that group seven have been signed up, while ten have departed since the end of the season.
With a managerial appointment expected this week the new boss will be looking for around a dozen signings by the time the new season starts in seven weeks, while the start of pre-season training is likely to be just two weeks away.
Last season, by the start of pre-season training, the Bulls had 16 players signed up. That figure included first-year pros Joel Edwards and Tyler Weir, but just one striker in Leon Constantine.
