Chester have won their appeal against starting again in the North West Counties League and will instead be in the Unibond North, three divisions below the Conference. Grays have similarly won their appeal under similar circumstances and will go into the Ryman League, while the taxman has issued a winding up order against the club - but it is believed to be last season's company rather than the new entity.
