Former Bulls midfielder Glen Southam has been named as Barnet's second signing of the day.
The former Dagenham man, 29, left the Bulls in October under a cloud after just four months and six appearances. He played for Bishop's Stortford and then Histon over the remainder of last season, tearing up his 18 month Histon contract last month due to their financial problems.
Barnet boss Mark Stimson told their official site: "He has lots of energy and an eye for a goal. After talking to him, I get the feeling he couldn't wait to get back to playing in the Football League".
