Bulls Score In Reserve Defeat

The Bulls' reserve side lost 2-1 today in a match at Bristol City's training ground.

City's official site reports that James McQuilkin curled a 25 yard free kick round the wall and past keeper Stephen Henderson to equalise for the Bulls after Christian Ribeiro had opened the scoring for the Robins with a header.

Danny Haynes scored the winner from the spot midway through the second half after Ribeiro was fouled. The site adds that Sean Canham had a late chance to equalise after pouncing on a weak backpass, but hit the post.

Brief highlights can be seen on the Bristol City website to Player subscribers.

Meanwhile Port Vale have told their supporters they will have only 600 tickets available for their trip to Edgar Street on October 9th.
