Golden Tickets for Second Round of FA Cup

After the undoubted success of the Golden Ticket promotion for the first round of the FA Cup, Hereford United have released details of their plans for Saturday November 27th when Lincoln City will be at Edgar Street for the second round.

Ricky George will be amongst the special guests.

Hereford United have launched another batch of golden cup tickets for the second round tie against Lincoln City at Edgar Street on Saturday week. For just £35 a head the club are offering a special day which kicks- off with the live TV game, followed by lunch, the opportunity to meet special guests including Ricky George, the goalscoring hero of 72, a seat in the stand and the chance to select and meet their own man of the match.

The scheme, which was launched for the first round tie against Hythe, is proving to be a success and the new Golden Cup Tickets are selling well. Half of the 50 tickets on sale have already been snapped up so it’s turning into a Gold Rush.

"We’re happy for groups of 3 or 4 supporters, or families to come along and enjoy a special day. The fans who bought Gold Tickets for the Hythe game enjoyed themselves so match that they are all coming back for Lincoln. It would be great to have a full house,"said Bulls vice-chairman Tim Russon.
