News Round Up - Loan Deadline Day

Accrington have signed Oldham defender Joe Jacobson on loan until January 3rd. The former Cardiff defender spent time at the Crown Ground in 2006. Lincoln have extended the loan of Arsenal defender Gavin Hoyte until January 29th, but expect to lose ex-Bull Josh Gowling with Gillingham needing him back due to injuries.

Bournemouth have loaned striker Josh McQuoid to Millwall ahead of a permanent January transfer. The fee is claimed to be £550,000 with the player, who was a winger until a summer switch up front, signing a £4,000 a week deal. Torquay have agreed to loan defender Kieran Charnock to Morecambe with a permanent deal going through in January, and they have extended the loan of Wolves man Ashley Hemmings into January.

Histon are offering free admission to any season ticket holder or member of any of the 92 Premier or Football League sides to tonight's match against Bath City on production of their book or card. Rotherham have received permission to build a new stadium in the town by the local council. The brownfield site, an old foundry, is hoped to be ready by the FL deadline of the summer of 2012.

Brentford boss Andy Scott has warned Martin Allen off after the trouser dropping fruit loop began stalking the under fire boss in the national press. Accrington have signed Ian Craney from Fleetwood for a third spell with the club. The 28 year old will remain until January. Cheltenham say they were unable to finalise a deal to bring in another loan player before the deadline.

Northampton have signed Leyton Orient striker Ryan Jarvis until January 3rd. The 24 year old former Norwich man has scored three times for the Orient this term but has made only one first team appearance in nearly two months.
