Manset is a Massive Player says Purdie

Rob Purdie, who is currently on loan at Edgar Street from Oldham, has told the Worcester News that Mathieu Manset is a massive player for the Bulls.

"He's’s a bit like Guy Ipoua," said Purdie.

"When Manny gets the ball, you never know what he’s going to do. If he’s on form, you know he can do something special for the team.

"He gives defenders a tough time and, if on top form, is the one player who can help us get up the table."

Next up for the Bulls is a trip to Bradford City on Saturday.

"Bradford is a game that we can go into with confidence and we have a good chance of winning," said Purdie.

"We have to cut out the silly mistakes. A couple more clean-sheets and I am sure we will be moving up to mid-table.

"It doesn’t feel like we’re at the bottom and I am confident we will stay up."
