Waddock wary of Hereford

Wycombe Wanderers lost 3-0 at Crewe this afternoon and their next game is against Hereford United in the third round of the FA Cup on Tuesday.

"Another difficult game," said manager Gary Waddock.

"We played them a few weeks ago and they caused us a lot of problems.

"Every game is a hard game.

The Wanderers were unbeaten in their last three games but Waddock admitted they didn't show up today at Crewe.

"We're not going to win every game.

"We didn't cause them too many problems but they caused us all sorts of problems with their pace up-front."

Wycombe had scored in their last 19 games before today.

"We didn't create enough really so we start again. Today we weren't at it.

"We want to try and win every game but we're not going to. It's as simple as that.

"It was disappointing today because that wasn't a display we normally put on."
