Ex-Bull Kris Taylor has dropped into the Conference, joining Darlington on a one year deal.
The former Walsall man played 83 times for the Bulls over two seasons before switching to Port Vale. He played 75 times for the Valiants but failed to hold down a permanent spot and didn't appear in the final month of the season at all.
Quakers boss Mark Cooper told the BBC: "It's a big signing for us. Kris has a great range of passing and is a set-piece specialist, he's certainly a player who will excite.
"I tried to sign Kris last summer but it didn't work out, so I'm delighted to get him this time and look forward to working with him."
