Graham Turner says that despite his lengthy association with the Bulls, he now feels his link to the club has 'long gone'.
He told Shrewsbury's official site: "After 15 years there is always going to be an association with Hereford, but that now feels long gone. It's a situation where I thought I left the club in a good state with some decent players there.
"It's been difficult for Jamie Pitman since taking over, results haven't gone as well as he would have liked from the start of the season, but we have to bare in mind that 2 difficult away games against Bristol and Southend, they drew both of those, and they beat Dagenham at home last week. So they are starting to get themselves into a bit of form, he has just got to be very very careful with this match."
