Hereford United manager Jamie Pitman wasn't very impressed with referee Fred Graham at Plainmoor this afternoon as he felt both Torquay's goals were dubious.
Their first goal, from a free kick near the corner, was gathered by keeper Dave Cornell but he appeared to slip and both he and the ball appeared to be the wrong side of the goal-line.
"The referee has got to be very certain that ball is over the line, dubious yes," Pitman told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"I thought the second one was dubious and I think he has made a mistake there as well. I think there was a foul on the edge of the box.
"Nicky's been fouled, he's tried to get his shot off, couldn't do. It was a blantant foul.
"I thought there were some silly things that he gave and some that he didn't given look like giving.
"I think this was a game of two halves in all honesty but we didn't really show what we were performing like in the last three of four games in the first half.
"But the lads have had a very good go at it in the second half and we might have nicked something along the line somewhere."
